We at Perfect Boxwala work hard to ensure that every customer receives high-quality packaging products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.
Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- Items must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
- Customized or printed boxes are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it.
- If approved, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
Replacements
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we can replace it with the correct item at no extra cost.
- Replacements are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, printed, or bulk-ordered items.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.
